With a morning pickup from your hotel or the Cruise pier your diver will bring you to Ream National Park, about 30 km from Sihanoukville. Established in the early 1990s to protect these vulnerable wetlands.
Join your boatman for a trip through the mangroves on a traditional boat to experience this unique habitat. With over 150 different kinds of birds, numerous plants including Nipa Palm, Monkeys, and myriad fish the park offers many unusual sights. Bird watchers especially are in for a treat here. In the park is the Buddhist Temple of Wat Ream, notable for its huge reclining Buddha statue and the great view from the top of the hill. Enjoy a lunch of fresh seafood, numerous small restaurants line the beach along the park serving locally caught delicacies. Stop at tiny Prince Island, accessible by a small bridge from the mainland, to see its lovely sandy beach, and the view of nearby Koh Thmei.
Afterwards your diver will return you to your hotel or the cruise pier.
